**Champion Concept** Telloin, The Shadow of Zaun
DISCLAIMER: I HAVE NOT FIGURED OUT THE SCALING OR DAMAGE FOR HIS ABILITIES QUITE YET BUT THIS IS STILL IN DEVELOPMENT. THIS IS BASICALLY A ROUGH DRAFT. I AM ALSO IN THE PROCESS OF WRITING HIS LORE. Telloin (Pronounced TELL - O - WIN) The Shadow of Zaun
A Marksman/Assassin mix champion that's a mix of range and melee. He uses a Rifle and Sword. You cannot see his face, he wears a black hood and has steampunk like body tight bronze armor. Extra Note: His auto attacks would work similar to Rakan's where he can use his sword to AA up close and he uses his rifle to AA from a distance
ALL COOLDOWNS FOR ABILITIES ARE AT RANK 1 FOR EACH ABILITY:
Basic Stats: Health - 520/1870 H. Regen - 5.3/15.4 Mana - 400/1240 M. Regen - 6/19.3 AA Range - 530 (Haven't quite locked down the damage stats yet.)
Passive: As Night Draws Near When Telloin gets within 600 units of an enemy, he goes into stealth for 1.5 seconds and has slightly increased attack range. His next auto attack after stealth will slow an enemy by 15% for 1 second and deal bonus magic damage. If Telloin uses an ability while stealthed he will go through a 0.75 second 'exiting stealth' animation before casting it. The 'exiting stealth' animation will not occur if he AA's an enemy of any kind, instead he will become instantly unstealthed. (Is on a 40 second cooldown)
Q: Midnight Call's Telloin loads his rifle with higher caliber armor piercing rounds. After reloading his rifle with a stronger magazine (1 seconds channel), Telloin has 9 seconds to disperse 6 extra powerful rounds. If he successfully disperses all rounds within the given amount of time, his passive is activated, regardless of whether or not it's on cooldown. (15 second cooldown)
W: Zaunite Teleport Pad/Blink Telloin throws down a teleport pad that lasts on the map for 40 seconds. Once the pad is on the ground, this ability gets replaced with Blink. (When a pad is down, the next pad will go on cooldown even while blink is the active ability). You cannot activate Blink until 7/6.5/5.5/5/4 seconds after the pad has been placed. Blink: When within range of the pad on the map, Telloin can activate this ability to be instantly warped to the pads location. These pads cannot be damaged but they do not give vision. If an enemy champion is standing on the pad, since the pad grants no vision, you will not be able to see them. (Similar to Nidalee traps.)
E: Hunter by Night Passive: Gains 15% movement speed when walking toward enemies that are affected by crowd control. Active: Telloin draws his sword and swipes 3 times in a cone in front of him dealing a percentage of the enemies missing health as damage. He can move while this ability is being cast. (Similar to Lucian's Ultimate, The Culling.)
R: The Witching Hour Telloin kneels onto the ground for .5 seconds before leaping into the air and removing himself from the game (similar to how master yi's Alpha Strike works.) once in the air, Telloin can reactivate this ability on an enemy champion to dive back into the game and strike them for massive damage and slowing in a small aoe circle around him. (110 Second Cooldown.)
