New champion Idea.
Name: Meemstar - The MemeRadio Host.
Lore: Rejected from our countries, Memestar, opened a radio station on the boarders between Noxus and Demacia, shaming every champion. Once a redhead assassin tried to assassinate him, but he managed to expose her that she slept with the enemy. After which she felt into deep depression becauseo f the masasive shame of the false accusation, was in a hospital, because of it for months. Since then nobody dares to touch Memestar, otherwise they would bare shame for life.

W - Exposed male - Starts pointing a finger at any near by male champion, brining them into shame state which doesnt allow them to move or hit for 4 seconds and deals 60 (200 at level 5) True damage (0.75 AP ration and 1 AD Ration)
E - Racist - Flames all none humans within 500 range, suffering 50 ( 100 at level 5) true damage per second while close by (0.5 AP ration and 0.75 AD ration)
R - MemeAlertNation - Open a radio station at the middle of the summoner rift, throwing exposes towards random champion on the map (friendly or enemy) and perm. removes them from the match. Cooldown, over 9000 milliseconds.
