Skins

So i had an idea that lol could do. since you have such an active community of summoners, creators, and fans that you could do a skin contest where people make lol skins for any champion they want to then you guys can pick the 100 best skins and have the community vote for the top 10 skins and ad them to league of legends. 1st place winner gets all skins added 2nd place gets 8 3rd place gets 5 and the runner ups get there skins. and obviously the skin has to look like the champions. and you guys could do this once a year or something like that.

P.S I was wondering if i could get the first 10 skins free since i came up with the idea. :)
