A New Champion Idea
I've been thinking of a champion that is somewhat a Zaun Antihero/Piltover-type Officer/Defender. Not only that but I wanted to bring back the Marksman // Tank class since the Urgot rework was a Marksman // Fighter. Because of my decision of making think Marksman // Tank champion, I wanted to have it have a sad to happy to adventurous story. If you're too lazy to go to the document, don't worry I got you covered.
Name of Champion: Nigel Praxion Epithet: The Industrialist of the Marksmen Roles: Marksman // Tank
Nigel's Story Here is Nigel, a little boy whose parents house is in the very middle of the Runeterra continent. He was just a little innocent kid at first, living his life across the lands. Until one day, at Halloween started the Harrowing, but this type of Harrowing was different as it was a repeating event in which anyone can steal someone or something. This could mean that they can kidnap families, steal any jewelry, or perform a massive raid. This is what Nigel fears about.
After the events of the Harrowing, Nigel Praxion’s family was never near his home. All alone was all of the parents’ clothing, the items around the house, and others that contain memories. Nigel was there all alone, and so he decided to take most essential stuff and put them in bags and now travel along the crosses and territories across Runeterra.
Alone As he was traveling, he came across the Blessed Isles, in which the Harrowing occurs more often there. He stepped foot on the island wandering around, which he got some bored and even more, so he decided to take a kayak, placed all of his stuff on it and rowed back into Runeterra.
The next day, he found a city place in which he found an apartment building. He now owns one and decides to live there. Until one day, the Harrowing somehow is occurring 2 times a year, and there wasn’t much time left for him to know that Nigel’s parents were taken by the Shadow Isles. So, he advised a plan.
The first thing he did was go back to where his house was, leaving his other stuff in the apartment. In his basement of the house, he started to construct a bunch of his very own weapons, armory, and the most important thing he wished as a kid. An easy, drivable, heavyweight, speeding tank. He had a huge music box, which inside is big enough for him to sit on. After that, he finished the tank, even for the armor and Zaun-like weaponry. He first wears the armor, equips all lasers, weapons on the armor, and jumps onto his music box tank and sets out into Runeterra. After he created all the stuff, all the stuff from the apartment were returned to his house.
The Testing He then sets out across Runeterra, even for the Blessed Isles, to find his missing parents. But there was one problem, he came across a Demacian v. Noxian clan war. He really liked the Demacians more than the Noxians, so then Nigel started to take part in the fight. He began using and tested his weaponry against some of the Noxian mages and fighters, and just over 15 seconds, he has already destroyed the waves of a few Noxian soldiers. Garen, Lux, and the other Demacians couldn’t believe their eyes as they witnessed a cyborg-like tank driver helping them. Garen gives a smirk and started to help Nigel. After a few hours of fighting. Demacia won the clan war by forfeit and started to go back to Demacia. Garen and Lux thank Nigel for the help, but Nigel said he needs to find his parents because the Shadow Isles took them. Garen advised a plan to help and let Nigel come to Demacia for a rescue mission.
The Rescue The Harrowing began for the third time this year, and the Demacians & Nigel Praxion have arrived at the Shadow Isles. They search around the border to the middle as Nigel would find his parents caged and chained. Blocking the path were Thresh, Hecarim, Karthus, and some spirits. Nigel began to go nuts and crazy, as his right eye was all blank and his left eye changed to a small blue dot. He began to go crazy against Karthus and the others, and he literally fucked them up. They then retreated but one of them dropped the key in which Nigel uses it to open the cage and chains. His parents were saved and Demacia were happy for Nigel. 2 years later, Nigel and his family joined Demacia, but Nigel doesn’t want to stay in Demacia. He will help them if in need but he wants to be a lone wolf from now on and then. Nigel was Runeterra’s Industrialist.
Abilities: Passive: I Rule The Streets 5 seconds after he’s not attacking, he jumps onto his tank and receives +15 movement speed. +1 movement speed is added for each level received in-game. He can go up to +32 movement speed. Reaching level 12 changes from his tank to his Motorcycle. This triples his movement speed (17 x 3) [THIS ONLY OCCURS AT: Twisted Treeline, Howling Abyss] Q: Three-Blast Hour Tank/Motorcycle Mode: He sends out 3 rockets in a straight line, dealing {??} true damage & {??} magic damage. If the rockets don’t hit the enemy in the line, reaching the end of the line will explode inside the larger circle, only dealing {??} magic damage. On Foot: He blasts 3 lasers from his faceplate, dealing {??} magic damage to the first and second enemy it hits. (Similar to Veigar’s Q, but x3) W: Breaking the Law Level 1-6: Casting this he will run over minions and will deal half the damage each minion has, perfect for clearing minion waves. Only used for 3-5 seconds. Level 7-11: Driving into an enemy champion will slow them for 2 seconds, dealing {??} physical damage. Same attributes as Level 1-6. Only used for 4-6 seconds. Level 12-18: Driving into an enemy champ will dash towards them if 500 units away and airbourne them, landing on the ground gives them slow movement speed for 3 seconds, dealing {??} physical damage & {??} magic damage. Same attributes as Level 1-6. Only used 5-7 seconds. E: Praxis Explosive Level 1-11: He fires a bomb upon casting it, knocking himself 1500 - 3000 units away from the previous location, perfect for escaping if low on health. Warning: This will follow your cursor, so be carful. Cooldown: 20-25 seconds. Level 12-18: Nigel is able to stun any enemy who is around Nigel’s E radius. R (Ultimate): Determination He channels for 1.5 seconds. During, his right eye begins to go full blank and his left eye is a blue dot in the middle, surrounded by blackness. After the 1.5 seconds, he goes into the air and becomes untargeted, shooting out 3 fast speed-of-light-type laser circles, from small to big, for 3 seconds. (Similar to Xin Zhao's R) He then shoots a long 1500-unit laser for 1.45 seconds to where the cursor is facing, so be careful where you’re pointing your cursor at. This will deal {??} magic damage for the circles and {??} true damage for the long laser. (Long laser similar to Lux’s & Veigar's R.)
