[Skin Concept] - Pizza Chef Karthus
Just a little something cool for him and I think it would look cool :P
Appearance: Adorned in a classic chef's outfit with hat, apron etc. Also, he'd have a large Pizza spatula and his book would be one of those classic "Better Homes and Gardens" cookbooks

Abilities:
Q - Lay Waste: Karthus spawns assorted Pizzas on the ground, each pizza spawns with different toppings (From Pepperoni, cheese, deluxe, etc)
W - Wall of Pain: the edges of Karthus's wall become a Fork and Knife, and the wall itself is checker-boarded like a classic pizzeria.
E - Defile: A large spinning Pizza surrounds Karthus, with assorted toppings floating around the place
R - Requiem: A small Pizza floats above each enemy as a pillar of fire starts channeling. a few milliseconds before the ult hits, a bell will ding to signify the pizza is done :P
Other things:
Dance: Karthus pulls out a fork and knife, does a little jig, clangs the utensils together, then throws them behind his head (similar to the Swedish Chef from the Muppets)
Recall: Karthus reads his book whilst gathering the materials for a pizza, after the pizza is put together, he starts channeling to zap it (then he recalls back). When he recalls back to base, the pizza is cooked
