Yi and Fizz nerf

Master Yi Master Yi is one of the most hated champions to play against, especially because of the way it has no skillshots, and is just a real pain in the ass. Look at Yi's stats. Yi jungle can easily have an attack speed of over 2.0 and damage well over 250-300, and at least 2500 health. Yi can also have a boost of his attack from his e and his ult. He can have a even more movement speed, attack speed, and other buffs with his ultimate and with this, nothing can stand a chance against Yi. I would much rather like Yi if his E or Q was made into a skillshot.

FIzz FIZZ! WHY FIZZ! Fizz is one of the most broken champions. First of all, his E dodges EVERYTHING and does a little bit of damage to champions. This makes Fizz broken enough, than he can just dodge turrets, ults, and so many abilities without even trying. This provides movement too and this needs to be nerfed. FIzz's passive also should be reducted and the cooldowns for the abilities must be greater. His ultimate should be able to be prevented. The only successful way that I know how to do this is by using Ekko's ult to teleport away. Everything about Fizz is just so broken.
