Skin Idea: Steel Legion Irelia

I love the Steel Legion Skins currently in existence, especially Garen's, so why not share the love?

If I were an artist, I would render this myself, but how about a Steel Legion Irelia with the same electrical animations as the Garen skin.

That would be awesome!
