Heartseeker Vayne

So i wondered, why all of the Heartseeker skins have addictional gfx, but not Vayne? That skin could benefit from adding pink visuals on Silver Bolts, Arclight Vayne, have yellow bolts, as it is for 975, but Heartseeker doesn't, for the same price!
