[Champ Concept] Briggite Von Gasspian, the Venom Blade

Lore:

When Rainart, the first Gasspian, took a bride, he chose a woman by the name of Liesl. Before marrying Rainart, Liesl had been known in the slum town that would become Weisstadt as a blade for hire. During Rainart's rise to power, she was responsible for the deaths of several key individuals who stood in his way. She used deadly poisons to ensure her targets would not survive, and she drenched her blades in so much deadly venom that the blades themselves began to change, absorbing poisons like sponges and granting their wielder strange affinities for the poisons themselves.

The blades of Liesl were passed down through the Von Gasspian line, the blades themselves choosing their next wielder by poisoning any who held them but the one they chose.

How unfortunate for poor Brigitte, youngest of Gottfried's children. Born with a heart with love enough for the whole world, she would weep for injured animals and always lend the sorrowful an understanding shoulder. When her aunt Louisa died, however, it was discovered that the blades had chosen her as their next wielder, and so she was burdened with the task of eliminating the enemies of her family.

Torn between her love for life, and the love for her family, she has ultimately chosen to accept the burden to support her brother Heinreich, who she sees as the only chance for her family to survive in the tense state of affairs Valoran is currently in.

Abilities:

(Passive) Poisoned Blades: Brigitte's basic attacks poison her target, dealing 10% of her AD over 3 seconds as physical damage. Whenever the poison deals damage, she gains health equal to the damage dealt.

(Q) Knife in the Dark: Brigitte tosses a blade in target direction. If the blade hits an enemy, its deals damage equal to 100% of her AD and applies on hit effects.

Cost: 25 / 30 / 35 / 40 / 45 Mana Cooldown: 6 / 5.5 / 5 / 4.5 / 4 Seconds

(W) **Circle of Pain: ** Brigitte tosses a collection of blades coated in a special catalyst in a circle around her, dealing 20 / 35 / 50 / 65 / 80 (+40% of her AD) to nearby enemies as physical damage. If she damages a poisoned enemy, the catalyst reacts, causing the poison to explode, damaging enemies near the poisoned target for 20 / 35 / 50 / 65 / 80 (+40% of her AD).

Cost: 30 Mana Cooldown: 10 / 9 / 8 / 7 / 6 Seconds

(E) Venom Dash: Brigitte dashes to target poisoned enemy or Venom Orb. If she dashes to an enemy, she deals 100 / 150 / 200 / 250 / 300 (+50% AD) damage to them. If she dashes to a Venom Orb, the Cooldown on this ability is reduced by 10 seconds and she is refunded 75% of its cost. Each time she uses this ability, its CD is increased by 2 seconds for 10 seconds.

(R) The Primary Target: Brigitte throws a special dagger at target opponent, poisoning them for 250 / 400 / 550 (+60% AD) physical damage over 5 seconds. Whenever the target takes damage from a poison, they drop a Venom Orb at their location.

Venom Orb: Venom Orbs last 5 seconds before disappearing. A champion other than the champion who dropped the Venom Orb can step on the Orb to remove it from the map, but doing so causes the concentrated venom to seep into them, causing them to take 100 / 200 / 300 (+60% AD) physical damage over 5 seconds.

**Role: **

Brigitte Von Gasspian is a skirmisher that spreads deadly toxins across the enemy team so that she can trigger them with her Circle of Pain. Using Knife in the Dark, she can poison enemies at range so she can dash up to them with Venom Dash. Alternatively, she can afflict them with The Primary Target to ensure that if the enemy tries to run, she can use Venom Dash coupled with the Venom Orbs they leave behind to try to catch up to them.
