Upon Selection: Great mother earths bless my bow. **Essence: ** Nellie is an Auto-Attack Attack Damage Marksmen that uses her environment to give her sustainability & means of damaging enemies, wither she’s in the Bottom Lane acting as a bully or being played as a roaming ranged Assassin Jungler Nellie can be a lot of trouble for the enemy team in terms of DPS or means of Crippling the enemy making them easier to kill.

**Appearance: ** Nellie is a 5’2ft tall young woman with a human upper body but her lower body is that of a deer. Nellie’s human body has white skin (almost pale) has short reddish-brown hair that covers the left side of her face by her bangs, both her eyes are maple brown in coloration. Nellie’s deer body has a reddish-brown coat with a shite bottom tail. Around her waist is a belt that is holding a quiver with arrows & a small black cylinder quiver on her left, on her right is a canteen & a small pouch where she holds herbs. Nellie’s main weapon is a re-curved bow that has 5 eagle feathers stitched to the top bow tip.

Passive: Herbal Ginseng. Every 8.5 seconds while out of Combat & outside the Base Nellie will see a small ginseng sprout at a random spot within 500-radius of her but while Nellie is in Combat she will only see a ginseng sprout every 15.5 seconds, Nellie can walk over the sprout to pick it up maxing out at 30 stacks of sprouts. Each stack of ginseng sprout will increase all Healing & HP Regeneration by 3% from any source, if Nellie has 15 stacks of ginseng she will produce a 200-radius aura that will apply 25% of any Healing she receives to any of her allied Champions within the aura. When Nellie dies she will loose half of her ginseng stacks that she currently has.
Q-Ability: Laced Arrows. Range: Self-Cast. Cool Down: 21/20/19/18/17. Cost: 90. Physical Damage D.O.T: 10/20/30/40/50(+50% bonus AD). Additional Physical Damage: 40/60/80/100/120(+50% bonus AD). **Activation: ** After Nellie has activated this Ability she will use 3 poisoned tipped arrows in a small black quiver on the right side of her waist, Nellie’s next 3 Basic Attacks after the initial activation she will be able to poison her target dealing Physical Damage every 0.5 seconds for 1.5 seconds while at the same time the poison causes the target to Bleed for the duration. If an enemy is poisoned from 1 of these arrows then is hit by another arrow the duration will be Refreshed but the target will also take additional Physical Damage from the initial attack from poison overdose.
W-Ability: Spring Canteen. Range: Self-Cast. Cool Down: 20/18/16/14/12. Cost: 60/70/80/90/100. Heal: 60/80/100/120/140(+30% bonus AP). Activation: After Nellie has activated this Ability she will drink from a canteen filled with pure spring water, after a 0.25 second delay after the initial activation Nellie will be Healed & be Cleansed of any De-Buffs. .if Nellie has 15 stacks of her Passive then uses this Ability Nellie will gain a 20% Movement Speed for 3 seconds. .if Nellie has max stacks of her Passive then uses this Ability Nellie will gain also gain a 15% Attack Speed Boost & 10% increase to her current Attack Damage for the 3 second duration.
E-Ability: Blackthorn Shot. Range: 600. Cool Down: 19/18/17/16/15. Cost: 30/50/70/90/110. Physical Damage: 55/85/115/145/175(+50% bonus AD). **Passive: ** While Nellie is out of Combat she will craft a black arrow every 7.5 seconds, Nellie can make up to 4 of these black arrows. If Nellie has a black arrow her next Basic Attack will have her use 1 of these arrows to deal 5% of her current Attack Damage as bonus True Damage. **Activation: ** After Nellie has chosen a narrow path with this Ability then upon its activation Nellie will fire a large black arrow covered in sharp spines in the targeted direction, when the arrow comes in contact with an enemy Unit it will deal Physical Damage as well as apply a 25% Movement Speed Slow for 3 seconds. If this arrow kills an enemy it will increase its damage by 5% maxing out at 15%.
R-Ability: Bounding Strike. Range: 400. Cool Down: 190/170/150. Cost: 130. Physical Damage: 225/365/505(+40% bonus AD). **Activation: ** After Nellie has chosen a 50-radius location within this Abilities Casting Range then upon this Abilities activation Nellie will make a powerful jump, after a 0.5 second delay after the initial activation Nellie will turn in mid-air & aim at her initial location then she will fire a single arrow at every enemy Champions within 185-radius of the initial location. After the 0.5 second delays every enemy Champion within the radius will be dealt Physical Damage & be Rooted for 1 second.
