Updated Skin Idea For Vladimir

Hi, I wasn't sure if this would work out, but I was hoping to pitch an idea for a skin for Vladimir . The idea is: Vladimir Putin. He could have Putin's sort of face, he could say different things, and he could dress differently. As far as his abilities, I don't know what changes I can suggest. Thanks.

The character can also say some different phrases. Vladimir Putin said some interesting quotes, like, "If a person is satisfied with everything, they are a complete idiot." or "An end must be put to this." or "my goals are absolutely clear by now."
