Nayuta, the Stormcaller
So awhile ago, there was a presumably fake leak on reddit that detailed a Ionian storm assassin monk. Since I thought that sounded really interesting and unique, here's my take on him.
Passive - Ionic Spark
Moving gives Nayuta stacks of Spark. When at 100 stacks, Nayuta's next basic attack unleashes a spark on his target that deals 25 (+10 Per Level) (+0.3 AP) (+0.5 AD) Magic Damage, and chains to up to 4 nearby targets.
Q - Heavenbolt | 60/65/70/75/80 Mana | 12/11/10/9/8 Second CD
Nayuta unleashes a lightning bolt in a line, dealing 70/115/160/215/260 (+0.7 AP) magic damage.
W - Ion Overcharge | 50/60/70/80/90 Mana | 20/18/16/14/12 Second CD
Nayuta shields himself for 80/120/160/200/240 (+0.5 AP) (+0.5 AD) for 3 seconds, and refreshes Ionic Spark.
E - Spirit Surge | 80/85/90/95/100 Mana | 16/15/14/13/12 Second CD
Nayuta dashes foward, dealing 40/60/80/100/120 (+0.35 AP) (+0.35 AD) magic damage to all units hit and leaving behind a static field wherever he moves for up to 3 seconds.
This ability can be recasted again within 3 seconds to blink Nayuta back to his starting position and deal the initial damage again to all enemies in the static field.
R - Soul Voltage | 100 Mana | 180/160/140 Second CD
Nayuta begins channeling and charges an immense lightning strike anywhere on the map. After 3 seconds, the lightning strikes, dealing 225/375/525 (+1.0 AP) Magic Damage to enemies in the center and blinking Nayuta to the center if an enemy champion is hit in the center. Enemies not in the center take half damage.
