I know i posted this yesterday but since then i got some balancing advice from a friend who had seen it AND i got some artwork from a buddy of mine finished as well, so here is an updated version of Blanche with pictures to boot Edit: just found out the links aren't working, im fixing them now
Blanche, the Oracle of Nations

Passive: God's Medium Blanche is the Oracle of Nations, and thusly her body is inhabited by the gods of the land. When Blanche arrives at the Summoner's Rift, she selects two gods to channel during the match. Blanche will switch between her selected gods upon respawning or whenever she runs out of Aura. As the medium for the gods of Runeterra, shrines to the gods will periodically spawn around her, granting her stacks of Devotion to the god inhabiting her as she prays at them. Praying at a shrine will grant Blanche one stack of Devotion and regenerate 20 Aura. All bonuses to a God due to stacks of Devotion are exclusive to that God.
Dema, the Father of Demacia
Passive: Military Training For every ten stacks of Devotion to Dema, Blanche can upgrade one of her basic abilities. Upgraded abilities can rebound off of targets and apply their effects to multiple similar targets. Praying at a shrine grants Blanche an additional 10 Aura while channeling Dema. Under Dema's control, Blanche's basic attack range is 150 and she gains additional Armor and Magic Resistance per level
Q: Mythril Sword Cost: 10 Aura Range: 600 Cooldown: 14 seconds Blanche throws a sword at her target. Allies hit by her sword are granted a 5/7/9/11/13% damage boost for 3/3/4/4/5 seconds. Enemies hit by her sword take 60/100/150/210/280 (+35% Ability Power) magic damage.
W: Adamantine Shield Cost: 5 Aura Range: 600 Cooldown: 10 seconds Blanche throws a shield at her target. Allies hit by her shield are granted a 5/5/7/7/10% maximum HP boost and 5/5/7/7/10% increased Armor and Magic Resist for 3/3/4/4/5 seconds. Enemies hit by her shield take 40/80/120/160/200 (+20% Ability Power) magic damage and are slowed by 30% for 2.5 seconds.
E: Orichalcum Arrow Cost: 10 Aura Range: 900 Cooldown: 16/15/15/15/14 seconds Blanche fires an arrow at her target. Allies hit by her arrow get +20% range to their auto attacks for 3 seconds. Enemies hit by her arrow take 60/80/110/150/200 (+40% Ability Power) magic damage and are rooted for 1 second.
R: Demacian Arena Cost: 30 Aura Range: 550 Cooldown: 120/105/90 seconds (Shared with other gods) Blanche summons ethereal weapons to surround her. Allies inside the radius of the aura take 10% less damage. Enemies in the aura take 20/40/60 (+10% Ability Power) magic damage every .5 seconds, and take 10/15/20% more damage from all other sources. The aura lasts for 5/6/7 seconds.
Noxia, the Warlord of Noxus
Passive: Bloodshed For every ten stacks of Devotion to Noxia, Blanche gets +5% range to her abilities and basic attacks. At ten stacks of Devotion, Blanche's Noxia abilities gain an additional effect. Under Noxia's control, Blanche's basic attack range is 125 and she gains an additional 20 HP per level.
Q: Warlord's Strike Cost: 10 Aura Range: 450 Cooldown: 12 seconds Blanche swings her halberd in a wide arc, dealing 55/110/165/220/275 (+80% Ability Power) physical damage to all enemies and knocking them to the side. Every other use of Warlord's Strike will swing the opposite direction. If Blanche has at least ten stacks of Devotion to Noxia, Warlord's Strike's cooldown will be refunded on a kill or assist on an enemy champion.
W: Stabby-Flippy (need new name) Cost: 10 Aura Range: 400 Cooldown: 18/16/16/16/14 seconds Blanche stabs in a line, dealing 80/120/160/200/240 (+50% Ability Power) physical damage, stopping at the first champion hit. If Stabby-Flippy hits an enemy champion, she can recast it within 1 second to flip herself over the enemy champion. If Blanche has at least ten stacks of Devotion to Noxia, Stabby-Flippy will root the enemy champion for 1 seconds on hit.
E: Nox-Kabob (probably need new name) Cost: 5 Aura Range: 800 Cooldown: 25/22/20/18/16 seconds Blanche throws her Halberd forward in a line, dealing 50/70/90/110/130 (+50% Ability Power) physical damage to all enemies, pushing up to three enemy champions along its path. Enemies hit after the first take an additional 1% of the ability damage per 100 HP any previous enemies had. If Blanche has at least ten stacks of Devotion to Noxia, the Halberd will stun any champions pushed into a wall or third champion for 1/1/1.5/1.5/2 seconds.
R: Noxian Arena Cost: 50 Aura Range: 700/550 Cooldown: 120/105/90 seconds (Shared with other gods) Blanche throws her Halberd with 100/225/350 (+75% Armor) (+75% Magic Resistance) health and 20/35/50% of Blanche's Armor and Magic Resistance to target location. When it lands, it sticks in the ground for 5/7/10 seconds, chaining up to 3/4/5 enemy champions to it. Chained enemies can't leave the area during the duration or until the Halberd is destroyed. If an enemy would move outside the range of the Halberd, they instead are pulled to the center and take 100/200/300 (+25% current HP) true damage. If Blanche has at least ten stacks of Devotion to Noxia, enemies chained to the Halberd lose 10% of their Armor and Magic Resistance.
Yawdlin, the Lord of Yordles
Passive: Natural Essence For every ten stacks of Devotion to Yawdlin, Blanche gets +5% range to her abilities. At ten stacks of Devotion, activating abilities restores 1-12% of her missing health, based on level (5 second cooldown). For every stack of Devotion after ten, Blanche will gain 5 Movement Speed.
Q: Flower Child Cost: 10 Aura Range: 50% Movement Speed Cooldown: 10/9/8/7/6 seconds Blanche dashes in a direction, leaving a Path of Flowers in her wake. Flower Child can be cast again within 3 seconds at no cost. If a Path of Flowers overlaps another, fruit grows on the flowers and explodes after 0.25 seconds, dealing 120/140/160/180/200 (+20% Ability Power) magical damage and splattering enemy units, dealing (10% Ability Power) magic damage every 0.5 seconds for 3 seconds. If Blanche is in the radius of the explosion, she will heal for (10% Ability Power) every 0.5 seconds for 3 seconds. Allies moving on a Path of Flowers get +25 Movement Speed and +10% Magic Resistance.
W: Nature's Grasp Cost: 0 Aura Range: 550 Cooldown: 16/14/12/10/8 seconds Passive: Blanche's next basic attack deals (+30% Ability Power) magic damage and roots the target for 0.5/1/1/1/1.5seconds.
E: Whoopsie-Daisy Cost: 15 Aura Range: 20 Cooldown: 20/18/16/14/12 seconds Blanche becomes invulnerable to damage and crowd control for 2 seconds. If an enemy skill would activate within 200 units of Blanche or deal damage to Blanche during the channel, the skill direction is reversed, and becomes neutral, dealing 40/60/80% of the damage the skill would have done to any target in the path.
R: Ruckus Cost: 40 Aura Range: 550 Cooldown: 120/105/90 (Shared with other gods) Blanche becomes stationary and whistles a merry tune for 5 seconds, giving enemy units in range Insanity. Units with Insanity are Suppressed, and dance in a clockwise circle around Blanche, moving at 400 movement speed. The Suppression is removed upon taking damage.
Avarosa, Ancient Queen of the Freljord
Passive: Rippling Cold For every ten stacks of Devotion to Avarosa, Blanche gets +5% Ability Power. For every stack of Devotion, Blanche's abilities receive an additional +1% Ability Power scaling. At ten stacks of Devotion, units with the Chilled debuff will be stunned for 0.5 seconds after five basic attacks from Blanche (10 second cooldown). Basic attacks deal +50% Ability Power as magic damage and refresh the Chilled debuff for 3 seconds. Lifesteal applies to the magic damage dealt by Blanche's basic attacks.
Q: Arctic Impalement Cost: 10 Aura Range: 650 Cooldown: 14/14/13/13/12 seconds Blanche summons an icy stalagmite at target location, dealing 70/110/150/190/230 (+30% Ability Power) magic damage to enemies within 50 units of the epicenter. Enemy units within 200 units of the epicenter are stunned for 1.5 seconds, and enemy units within 450 units of the epicenter are slowed by 30% and Chilled for 3 seconds.
W: Crack/Shatter Cost: 5 Aura Range: 600 Cooldown: 10 seconds Blanche cracks a target Chilled enemy, dealing 50/110/170/230/290 (+40% Ability Power) magic damage, replacing the Chilled debuff with the Cracked debuff for 15 seconds. If an enemy with the Cracked debuff is Chilled, this ability can be cast on cooldown as Shatter, dealing 50/120/190/260/330 (+80% Ability Power) magic damage, executing targets below 35% health.
E: Frozen Embrace Cost: 10 Aura Range: 20 Cooldown: 20/18/16/14/12 Passive: Blanche gains 10/20/30/40/50% Critical Strike Chance. This passive bonus is lost while the ability is on cooldown. For 3/4/5/6/7 seconds, Blanche's basic attacks apply Chilled to their target.
R: Flash Freeze Cost: 50 Aura Range: 550 Cooldown: 120/105/90 seconds (Shared with other gods) Blanche freezes an area around her in sub-zero ice, Chilling and Cracking all enemies in its radius, stunning enemy units for 2 seconds and dealing 50/110/170/230/290 (+40% Ability Power) magic damage. For 5 seconds after Flash Freeze is cast, Shatter can be cast as a cone with range 300.
Khetsu, Tyrant of Shurima
Passive: Commander For every 5 stacks of Devotion to Khetsu, Blanche's basic abilities can affect 1 extra minion. For every stack of Devotion, Blanche gets 1 maximum Aura for Khetsu. Slave Minions: Monsters and their stats are doubled from their minion form. Slave Minions are worth 1.5x the XP and gold to enemy champions, and will leave Khetsu, reverting to their original state, and resume walking down lane if not in combat for 30 seconds. Slave Monsters: Melee Minions, Caster Minions, and Mini Jungle Monsters get stats equivalent to Blue Sentinel or Red Brambleback. Jungle Monsters and Siege Minions get stats comparable to elemental Dragons. Buff Monsters and Super Minions become comparable to Elder Dragon.
Q: Tyrant's Whip Cost: 10 Aura Range: 300 Cooldown: 12/12/11/11/10 seconds Blanche whips a target allied minion or enemy unit. Allied units hit by Tyrant's Whip take 50% of their max HP, down to 1 HP, as true damage and become Slave Minions, following Blanch as a summon. Unions around the affected unit don't take the 50% max HP damage. Enemy units hit by Tyrant's Whip take 100/120/150/190/240 (+35% Ability Power) magic damage. Blanche heals for 25% of the damage dealt with this skill.
W: Lasso Cost: 15 Aura Range: 450 Cooldown: 18/17/16/15/14 seconds Blanche uses her whip to lasso her target, rooting them and dealing 50/60/75/95/120 magic damage. After cast, Blanche channels Lasso, making her immobile and unable to cast spells. Allied Slave Minions prioritize enemies that are rooted by Lasso.
E: Slave Driver Cost: 5 Aura Range: 20 Cooldown: 11/11/11/10/10 Blanche summons 4 minions to carry her around, granting her a 20/40/60/80/100 (+40% Ability Power) health shield and 20/30/40/50/60 Movement Speed.
R: You Serve Shurima Cost: 30 Aura Range: 300 Cooldown: 120/105/90 (Shared with other gods) Blanche whips target Minion/Jungle Minion/Jungle Monster/Jungle Buff Monster, destroying them and creating a copy of flowing Shuriman sand as a summon for 60/90/120 seconds.

Blanche is a young woman from a time long since passed. She has no recollection of her home or her family, or even of how old she is. Blanche is the Oracle of the Gods of Runeterra. The Gods of Runeterra are glorified spirits, and are many but most have so little power they can’t even affect the day to day lives of the people. A few, though, are powerful enough to wipe entire landscapes devoid of life or raise entire forests to life. These Gods are those that are still worshipped in some form or another heavily throughout the land. These five Gods are Dema, Patron Guardian of Demacia; Noxia, Warlord of Noxus, Yawdlin, God of Nature and Creator of Yordles; Avarosa, the Ancient Queen of the Freljord; and Khetsu, the Spirit of Shurima.
The Gods of Runeterra made a pact with one another to defend the planet from other-wordly threats, such as Aurelian Sol, other Spirit Dragons, or anything of that magnitude. They searched for a mortal being who could wield their power, but one that couldn’t withstand their presence and kick them out of his or her mind. In order to do so they made the sacrifice to break the mind of a young girl named Blanche, putting her through unimaginable psychological torture to break her. To cope her mind created other personalities, but unknown to her these spirits took root in her subconscious and became her other personalities.
She normally has control of her body and mind. It’s when either the world of Runeterra or her own body is in danger that the Gods of Runeterra take over, wielding their powers through this young girl to defend her or the people of Runeterra.
Due to never knowing when she’ll have control taken from her, her main goal is to search the world of Runeterra for a way to get them out of her mind. She’s broken, terrified, and vulnerable most of the time, but she’s extremely dedicated to that goal and will stop at nothing to find a way.
