Teemo - Rambo of Yordles (Rework concept)
So Satan is, unfortunately, seeing a rise in popularity during preseason, leading many top laners to cry out about frigging annoying gameplay. Mostly because his laning phase seems to have gotten stronger. So I felt it was time for a rework concept :D yey! In this rework I'll be trying to keep teemos core identity (Satan), while opening up for counterplay, and also giving him more kit interactions. This means he'll keep (some) shrooms, he'll lose a lot of targeted spellrino's cause that's just toxic, and he'll keep his jungle assassination ability, albeit without using his shrooms to do ALL THE FRIGGING WORK, and then AA'ing you once for the last bit of dmg.
Passive. Same same. Teemo gets to keep his passive o: cause it's actually a pretty cool passive.
Q - Crippling dart. Teemo fires a narrow projectile (Kalista q'esque) In a straight line, that deals high physical damage on impact, applies w, and applies a high percentage slow/attack speed slow that decays rapidly (1s or similar)
W - Teemos back of Goodies. Teemo forages mushrooms at a pretty slow rate (20s+ a mushroom), and also applies a low damage toxin to his aa'. Teemo can only have 3 mushrooms on the map at a time, and they last 1.30min. So basically his e and r in a basic ability, but a LOT less obnoxious. E damage cannot be easily comboed with a blind for denying trades when poking in lane, and there isn't an endless shroom field that denies gank opportunities, any kind of all-ins unless you're playing a champ that can instantly all -in him and kill him, and since he scales better of AD now, they will also be more about kiting, than damage (even though ratios will be kept to keep hybrid or ap teemo at least somewhat playable)
E - Straight Silver. Upon first activation teemo gains movement speed, upon second activation dashes in a semicircle (akin to diana) towards the slected enemy champion, and deals high physical damage to the target.
R - Guerilla Warfare. When teemo's passive is activated he can use his ultimate to gain a burst of speed, as well as stealth when out of brush for up to X seconds (2 or 3 probably), when he comes out of stealth Teemo's first autoattack deals twice of W's passive damage, and slows the enemy, as well as laying down Flashshroom on the position he exits stealth. If triggered this Flashshroom makes people inside 150radius become momentarily blinded (white screen for 0.75s), and grants teemo invisibility to people hit for 1.25s. Flashshroom lasts 3 seconds.
So these changes are meant to do several things. Firstly they are meant to shift Teemo into AD itemization, which is honestly where his kit seems the healthies imo. He kites and jukes while autoattacking things? sounds a lot like an AD Carry right. Problem is that AP teemo just kites, he doesnT really need to weave in that many AA's to be effective. So just this shift should actually make teemo a LOT less annoying, because the days of "shroom took half my hp cause i wanted to ward baron" will no longer be a thing. Secondly they are meant to shift Teemo into a duo lane, with abilities that are great for kill lanes, but who gets outscaled by other adcs. He has no attack speed steroid, and his highest damage ability (e), as well as his highest assured dmg combos (Ult into melee range, q - aa e aa, kite from there using flashsroom, is not really a great idea later in the game if you're not ahead as eh... he will just die, most likely. Melee range does that to ADC's. Helping to shift him from solo lane sleaze bag, is also the general melee'ness of his kit. I mean it seems like a good idea while trying to all in with a trusty support at your side. Maybe not so much to go in and trade in melee on an Olaf. Bad idea. Also the changes are meant to show a different side of the Assassin marksman to what vayne and twitch offer us. Much less raw dueling power and hyper scaling than vayne, more surprise and less teamfight power than twitch. Less Sleazebaggery than current teemo assassination patterns, eg. Stand in shroom field and hope someone walks through it.
