New character idea . She would be an insect looking (similar like khazix just more like a milipatter than scyter).

Passive : Hepatia : After killing an enemy champion, steals permanently 3 movement speed. Also, a new pair of leg grows onto infectia body granting her 100+ (0.3%ap) life and growing her total lenght

Q : (i dont know yet about this names ability) Infectia stands up fhanneling for 0.5 second and then smashes the ground stunning all enemies hit for 1 (+0.15 per ability level) and dealing 100+75%ap (+50 dmg per ability level)

W: Plague (passive) When attacking a unique monster, deals 2% of targets maximum life as true damage every second (10 seconds duraion cannot be interupted). Infectia is immune to enemy unique monster (aka baron drag or herald) for the duration of the skill

E : Parasites : Infectia channels around herself or an ally champion parasites (untargetable) stealing 5% over 5 seconds health of all enemies hit (healing goes to the target champion) dealing magic damage. This ability is refreshed by 2 seconds for every unit killed by parasites

R : Pandemonia : after channelimg for 4-3.5-3 seconds , Infectia spits on the ground (750-1000-1500 units far) grabing all enemy unit caught within 450 units and pulling them in the center of the ability dealing 20-22.5-25% max health as magic damage and stunning them for 1.5 seconds. Channel is cut by half for every 10 stacks of Hepatia (aka after 10 kills, 20 kills or 30 kills vs bots). So if you have lvl 3 ult and 20 kills, the channels will be 0.75 seconds duration. This ability cannot be cancelled.

I dont have time to draw a skeych of how she would look.like but I love a champion diseasetype growing during the game and having physical changes (like cho gath or zacvgetting bigger but now you would grow legs and maybe add a color change with the abilities casts)

What do you guys think? Ive added randok stats as dmgs and cd duration that can be hange
