How about ranked queue which allows you to pick your teammates best roles

We have all grown used to the queue system where you pick your desired primary and secondary roles, then had to fill in support randomly and so on. Have you ever thought about how things would be better if your options where able to influence the kind of partners or teammates you will have in the game. For example, a main jungler player might be able to pick an option which allows him or her to be matched up with "a strong or high win rate top main player". Now, the main focus can be on mid and bot where ganking and contributing to an easy early will be made possible. Personally, I find this to be an amazing addition which is quite simple to operate and offers a wide variety of improvements and answers wide complaints of unfair match ups or excuses after losing games for teams.
