Ultimate Skin: Runic Stream Ryze
After so many years and reworks, I think that Ryze should have an ultimate skin already. He has many low priced skins already, but most are limited, and doesn't really change much of the original. Right now I doubt this concept can top Elementalist Lux in general, but it can add a interesting side to the ultimate skins, Rift interaction
Short lore
When The Void attacked, and Runeterra started dying, Ryze knew that it was time to change his mision to be able to save the world he has been defending for so long, but his powers weren't enough to make a difference in this cosmic scale battle. Drowning in despair, he himself took the drastic decision to use the Runes to power himself, even if that could cost him his life, even if it made him hate himself for the rest of his life.
What arised from that point wasn't the same Ryze anymore, each rune held many secrets, an almost infinite power that threatened to tear him apart, a personality and a core element inside them. Mana wasn't enough to keep him from vanishing by energy depletion, so the archmage had to start searching for six special runes that instead of taking power, supplied he World with it. Only gathering all six would allow him to use all he runes he already has to fight the monstruosities beyond and close the Void rips for good, and maybe, just maybe, be able to finally rest.
Skin characteristics
Ryze can get up to 6 different runes: mana,energy, rage, metal, flow and blood
When this skin is in a game, some minions, neutral monsters o enemy champions will spawn with a rune over their heads (cosmetic), if Ryze gets a kill or assist on them, he will get the primary half rune of that resource type, and every living unit that Ryze dies near of Ryze will leave behind a ball of one of the avaliable resources, while enemy champions will always leave behind the resource they use (similar to Thresh's passive). Upon reaching certain amount of the required resource, it will condensate into the secondary half of the rune, allowing Ryze to change his looks and particles based on the halves or runes he owns.
The runes or half runes to use can be selected same way as Lux's elements, but aren't a permanent change, they can be switched at will. Half rune will change Ryze's oufit while the secondary half rune will change Ryze's looks.
Further customizing is possible, as you could select a principal half rune from one resource and a secondary half rune from another, but this only works with half runes, complete runes can't be separated again to be mixed.

-Half rune: Ryze wears a dark blue long archmage like cloth with runes shinining.
-Secondary half rune: Ryze's skin turns light blue with blueish almost white runes shining and changing in his skin, short hair like Young Ryze
-Energy Vortex
-Half rune: Ryze wears golden ionian kimono like suit, similar to the ones used by ionian sages, completed with a hood
-Secondary half rune: Ryze's skin is quite pale, and is full of marked muscles and golden chinese looking runes that shine and change every second
-Raging Monster -Half rune: Ryze wears berserker like tattered clothes, with a vest and long pants full of tears
-Secondary half rune: Ryze's body is quite muscled, it has spiky light brown hair and a beard, with a reddish skin full of scar like runes that glow in red and are always changing and moving around his body
-Metal Triumph -Half rune: Ryze wears a heavy metallic armor with helmet, similar to Mordekaiser's but more stylized
-Secondary half rune: Ryze's skin turns ash grey, and runes made of gleaming spiritual energy shine and twirl in his barely exposed skin and armor
-Razor Typhoon -Half rune: Ryze wears white coloured wide clothes and wide light green pants without shoes (similar to ancient japanese monks)
-Secondary half rune: Ryze's skin turns a bit green and white pulsating runes flow in his skin slowly, he has long green lime coloured hair
-Sanguine Spirit -Half rune: Ryze wears a red and black long coat (similar to Vlad's) with a pattern like blood stains and rock made purple rune decorations in the back and side of the long coat and the slim pants, he wears a short black hair with purple parts.
-Secondary half rune: Ryze's skin adquire a normal coloration, but is full of vein like red and black runes that are everchanging and shine with a sinister crimson light
-Runic Creation
A form achieved after colecting all the full runes, this form is the epithome of the creation power hidden inside the runes.
Ryze adquires a divine look, with pale skin, no hair, softened characteristics and a young look, the clothes are pure white, a complex set of hooded robes fractioned to let a tight suit be seen under the robes. The robes has imprinted each of the resource runes in one place, one in each shoulder and thigh, one in the top of the hood and the last known one in the back, while a new pure white rune is in the middle of the chest zone. From every rune flows equally coloured gleaming different runes, that converge in the chest one, where they become rainbow colored just before touching it.
Particles
Mana are light blue particles with the mana rune or half of it in each blast, while many copies of it will fly in a twister during Realm Distortion.
Energy are yellow particles and work the same as the first one
Rage are brown, black and red particles and work the same as the first one
Metal are silver particles and work the same as the first one
Flow are white particles and work the same as the first one
Blood are crimson red and dark blue particles and work the same as the first one
Creation are rainbow particles and work the same as the first one
Combined halfs create two-colored particles with half rune in each
The idea is still quite raw, and i can't provide artworks of the different forms as my drawing skills are really poor,. Even then, i would apreciate some feedback to be able to make this concept better
