Champ Mastery Fusion Skins!

It's simple.

My idea pertains to getting exclusive skins for having mastered a champion. These skins will be fusions of skins that you already own! I believe that these fusions should be added to the hextech crafting system and that the fusions can only occur with champions that have skins from teams; adding to the exclusivity of the skin.

An example: If I own SKT T1 Elise as well as Blood Moon Elise, as well as having champ mastery of 7 on her, through getting S or maybe some kind of essence I should be able to unlock an exclusive skin - SKT Blood Moon Elise!

I had this idea and the people I have spoken to liked it, let me know what you guys think!?

It is an interesting idea, but they are not going to do it. If they are adding a reward for mastering a champion, they will do it fair for everyone. Restricting that reward just to champions with a team skin won't happen, the system should give everyone an equal reward, even if I main a champion like Camille who doesn't have a team skin (or just a single skin to begin with).
