[Client Idea] Patch/Download Pause

So when I patch league, I like to play things in between, but tend to lag because i'm downloading it. A lot of other services (such as Steam or Curse Client) allows you to pause the download so you can download in the time you're not playing other games. I just think this would be a good idea so we don't have to close the client so it does not have to search for files that are downloaded, along with able to pause the download so you can download in the meantime.
