Champion Concept Tartoon The teleportacion master

Tartoon is created at the beginning of the space and time and he opens the black holes and portals to make a link between two universes. One day he opened portal from Void to Runeterra and appeared in Shurima. Tartoon was there because he wants to destroy those who use teleportation, because he thinks that only him is allowed to teleport. He wanted to destroy those with the Void creatures. While he was opening the portal Kassadin saw him. He told to him:,,Be my apprentice or die!!!" Kassadin chose to live and he turned into a Void.... The teleportacion master went to Targon mountain because he knew there were less people.

Abilities:

Passive- Move with stile: He has got lower cooldown for and and he has got faster B (recall.)

Q- Come here: He sands an orb of teleporting dust witch is a skill shot. It stops on first enemy hit. If u cast it again enemy will teleport to you (but only if an enemy is in range.) If u wait for a bit an enemy will appear where u want damaging everybody on his path.

W- Catch me, catch you He teleports on any place in range while damaging enemies. It has a long cooldown so when he kills a unit he reduce cooldown.

E- Little further: He crates two walls like a teleports for abilities. It can be used defensive and offensive. It looks something similar to this ----- >[ ]> [ <----- >] . Walls aren't terrain.

R- Black hole: He creates a Black hole and he can't move. Then if u cast it again u sand a brunch that pulls first enemy champion hit. If u land it correctly it will slow and pull the the furthest enemies in a range. After some sec. he will teleport to every enemy in range once and then get back to the black hole and totally reduce W.
