Looking for a Duo partner

K so here's the dealio, I need someone with a brain. I've been trying to rank up and i go on these amazing win streaks and then I go on these shameful loss streaks and its honestly pathetic how much of it is due to the fact that I can't solo carry. I play mid/supp in the middle lane I main kat and dabble in zoe whenever she's banned. For support I play everything that has peel. Raka, Rakan, Sona, Janna, Lulu, Zyra, the whole shabang. I'm looking for someone who pref plays jg or adc so that we can grow together in terms of macro and micro gameplay (bc solo queue is just full of tards and if u learned anything from them its probs garbage). I was in m gold 5 promos earlier and now im silver 2. So theres that.
