champion idea

well is the master of time in league so what if you give him a rival. A champion with the power over space. Now idk if their is a champ like that but their is i would like too know. but a support all about the place ment of other champs. Like bard warps he puts in the wall of the jungle what if he puts any champ under the map with freedom of movement but can not attack or be targeted for a period of time. It would be great for tower diving or escapes. But its just an idea
