Goth Jinx

Hello! I drew this skin concept for Jinx: http://i.imgur.com/Wms8GZV.png

It was inspired by the Goth Annie skin, but I'm not really sure if Riot is still making goth skins. The main idea would be the outfit/hair and makeup, because the rocket launcher doesn't look practical at all. I just thought it would be cool to insert a little bit of gothic architecture and maybe tombstone/graveyard angels rockets. Also, I don't know if this idea has been suggested before, sorry if that's the case. Thank you!
