If Swain get a rework, will Beatrice be part of his gameplay?

I mean, since he is a strategist, he could get a new passive with Beatrice like:

P - Homing Crow

Trinkets are replaced by Beatrice, Swain's bird. Every 120-45 seconds(, Swain can order Beatrice to go to a designed location (globally), granting him vision in a 400 unit radius circle where she lands. Beatrice will give vision where she stands until Swain gives a new order or she gets attacked by an enemy champion, in which case she comes back to Swain. Beatrice can get "upgraded" in the shop (level 9 required), gaining either doubling the vision radius or revealing wards, traps and camouflaged champions within her base vision radius.

By the way, despite being considered so, I really don't feel like Swain is a strategist. If a rework happens, I would like to see him having abilities like this one, more based around some sort of strategy.
