Poppy Skin Design - Gardener Poppy

For someone with the name of 'Poppy", I always wanted to see her with a gardening skin. The same idea can pass on to Teemo as well (shrooms can be potted flowers), and even Zyra. :)

Anyways! I had this skin idea BEFORE Poppy's rework, and before it was titled "Poppy Poppy", but seeing how she is now different in kit and looks, I decided to rework the skin design and make it into this! :D

Her W would grow vines around her, or have a circled white picket fence with vines on them. I just couldn't think of that idea on the spot when drawing this up. XD
