Spirit Guard Udyr worth it?

So, it's a week of some extra RP. And well it's the time to buy, obviously. While it's still here, I'm wondering what I should do... Is it worth the money? I love this champion, he's my main jungler. His whole kit is just so much FUN!... But I don't want to waste the money... This skin looks sexy, but I need to know if it's ACTUALLY sexy, and if it's overused or not.
