Pratice-Tool additions

Hey folks, i saw that riot is planing a pratice tool and which things they plan to implement and i wanted to suggest some things under the article, but cause i'm from EUW i cant post a comment under the article. But here are my ideas that riot could also implement that would be usefull:

1. Game-Tick-Rate (Increase and decrease the tick rate for minion movement, spell speed, jungle camp respawn, turret pushing, regen etc you all know what gameticks are)
2. Buff apply functtion (Not every champion can solo baron for example the supports, but maybe you want to test how much dmg you deal to champions with baron buff as Jhin?)
3. Spawn Champions / Bots (Clearly we need bots to fight against, cause many abilities are only working on champions and not on creeps or monsters)
4. Set Jungle Level (Set the Level fo Jungle Mobs, fighting vs a lvl 1 Gromp when u are a lvl 18 Jungle is kinda useless as a training aspect)
5. Custom Game Settings, it would be also usefull to be abl to change base stats of the Champion (Set 100% CDR,300% HP whatever)

This are my ideas, give me your feedback, and maybe a rioter will look on this post, sry for my bad english, but its not my main language and i'm still leraning.
