[Question for Riot staff] Crowdfunding campaign related to League of Legends content

I would like to know if crowdfunding campaign that is related to League of Legends Intellectual Property ( well a lot of it ) would be approved/allowed by Riot Games if content would be made from other peoples contributions, but free for everyone when it will be finished? Please don't direct me to send email for collaboration [email protected], I already did that months ago, and last week once again with sloppy emails but i never got any sort of rejection or approval just auto-response ( yes I did read EULA and http://www.riotgames.com/legal-jibber-jabber ). I would appreciate direct answer if its possible. Content is physically based ( its not any sort of item ) . It could be focused on some other game content, that's the reason i cant talk into details yet, but I really like League of Legends and want to make it related to the particular game.
