Passive:Horrific visions- When Infern drops below 35% health, enemies within 500 range of him will be feared after 3 seconds. (Either they walk out of range or be feared)
Q:Mark of the necromancer- Mana cost-60/70/80/90/100 Cooldown-9/8/7/6/5 Infern places a green flaming mark over the target for 80/120/160/200/240(+60%ap) magic damage over 5 seconds. If the target dies before the mark disappears,half mana cost and cooldown will be refunded.Minions and small monsters will rise again and fight for Infern until death, when they are killed before the mark runs out.(Max amount 1/2/3/4 at level 1,6,11,16) Minion undead damage- 30/40/50/60/70+50% ap Monster undead damage-40/55/70/85/100+50% ap
W:The thirst for blood- Mana cost-45/50/55/60/65 Cooldown-12/11/10/9/8 seconds Infern increases all current undead's movement speed by 40%, attack speed by 30/40/50/60/70%(+1% for every 25 ap), and gain a shield for 80+50% of their missing health all for 6/7/8/9/10 seconds, commanding them to prioritize any champions in sight.
E:Hands of the dead- Mana cost-80/85/90/95/100 Cooldown-12/11.5/11/10.5/10 Infern creates a portal on the ground in which undead hands come out of grasping at enemies above. Deals 40/60/80/100/120(+40/45/50/55/60% ap) magic damage every second for 3 seconds, and slows enemies by 20/25/30/35/40%. Enemies who stay on it for 2.5 seconds are snared for 1.5 seconds.
R: Wrath of the necromancer Infern adds bonus effects to all of his abilities.(Lasts for 20 seconds)
(Q)-Ap ratio increases to 100%, and champions can also rise and fight for him. Undead champion Damage-100/115/130/145/160+50% ap
(W)-Infern gains the same shield and movement speed boost as undead.
(E)-enemies will now be snared after 1 second of standing on it rather than 2.5
