Idea of a Champion Skin.

Their should be a Blitzcrank skin called "Ecstasy Blitzcrank" because he's always so hyper with all the electricity around him and the way he walks is just so fast, when he trust his hands, it's also so fast, so this is why I think this idea of a skin would be awesome for him. I personally hate Blitzcrank, that's how I came up with "Ecstasy Blitzcrank". I don't care how the design is, I just want a loading screen seeing "Ecstasy Blitzcrank" Also another champion skin idea is Shinigami Karthus, i'm not sure if there are forums already about this, but after I started watching this anime called "Death note" I thought the closest thing to a Shinigami in League of Legends is "Karthus". If Riot can design it so that Shinigami Karthus would look like Ryuk, that would be amazing. I think it would be a Legendary Skin, because if they design it properly, not only would it be scary, judging how scary Ryuk was in my opinion, but how popular it would get because Ryuk is pretty popular.
