Particle addition suggestion for GotS Rammus

So I looked at the new skin and thought it looks both cute and amazing but something was missing. I couldn't really put my finger on it until I looked at Moobeat's pics again and sas that there are only new animations to his Q and W (and recall). So I thought that adding another animation would be cool and what's better then adding an animation of sand swirling around his E's target's heads? Just think about it. Fishdagaii.
