Shaman Champion Concept - Kresnik
I have an idea about a shaman-esque top lane control tank that I think brings some really unique "elements" (Good joke right?) to the game.
He is a champion that cares deeply with truly connecting to the world around him, the elements he commands, even the summoner he is being commanded under.
Passive - Spiritual Connection: Kresnik has a Spirit Wolf to accompany him. All summoner spells have additional interactions with Kresnik's spirit wolf or totems. (A lot can be changed, these are just ideas and need to be fleshed out.) All totems have half the health of a pink ward, so two hits to clear, scaling with ultimate level. Totems can be right clicked by Kresnik to have his Spirit Wolf carry the selected totem, but the enemy team can attack the wolf three times to make him drop the totem.
**NOTE: all totems will attempt to place themselves in bushes if you are close enough
Clarity: Lays a mana nourishment totem near Kresnik that will restore 1% of allies missing mana in the area around the totem. Ghost: Lays a spectral foot totem on Kresnik's wolf that increases movement speed of allies near it. Heal: Lays a life force totem near Kresnik that will restore 1% of allies missing health in the area around the totem. Mark: Kresnik's spirit wolf will follow the snowball, biting the target for a % of Kresnik's maximum health as physical damage. Barrier: Lays a deflection totem near Kresnik that will absorb 1% of all damage dealt to him. Exhaust: Lays down a sapping totem near Kresnik that will slow enemies by 10% in an area. Cleanse: Will remove any debuffs on Kresnik's wolf, as well as granting it 10% movement speed. Teleport: Lays an arcane totem down that will periodically shock enemies for 50+5% of Kresnik's maximum health as magic damage. (I don't really like this effect, but I could not think of anything that would suit this summoner. Feel free to leave any feedback and I may change it to your idea if given permission.) Flash: Lays a blinking totem that will periodically blind enemies that get too close to it. Ignite: Lays a burning totem that has a sunfire effect around it. Smite: Kresnik's wolf will bite the target for 25% of smite's damage. CV: Lays a scrying totem in any bushes it gained vision over. (This is my attempt at getting CV back in the game RIP {{summoner:2}} )
Q: Elemental Influence: Cycles through two different totems, almost like twisted fates card choice effect [Limit 5 totems on map at a time]. All totems have a persistent and cast effect. The cast effects recharge then cast regardless of if anyone is in the area, and have a charge indicator like Heimers tower laser.
Totem 1 (Offensive): Totem of Might - Passively has an aura that burns enemies for 1% of their max health.
[Cast Effect]: Harnesses the power of Fire to give your next attack a burn effect based on 5% of your maximum health. Allies gain 1% of this effect.
Totem 2 (Defensive): Totem of Frost - Harnesses the power of Ice to slow enemies by 10%. [Cast Effect]: Shields nearby allies for 5% of their maximum health.
W: Totemic Burst: Draws on the power of all nearby totems to fire a skill shot that will root the target for .5/.75/1/1.25/1.5 seconds and inflict the effects of the totems drawn upon for 2s. Will deal damage based on how many totems are near him, plus a % of Kresnik's maximum health.
E: Elemental Disruption: Summons an untargetable totem at a target location. After two seconds Kresnik can reactivate this ability to teleport him and his spirit wolf to the location, causing a burst of energy slowing all targets around him by % of Kresnik's maximum health and dealing (I'll leave the damage to Riot).
R: True Totemic Power - Summons a giant totem to have the elements lend their hand in battle. In an area enemies will be slowed, burned, and marked, allowing the Spirit wolf to deal damage to targets. Allies will have health and mana replenished by 1% of missing every [xSeconds] as well as being given a shield of 10% of their max health on activation of this ability. The totem can be attacked 10 times to remove it, but will zap and deal 1% current health true damage to anyone who attacks it.

I know it's complicated but I wanted to make summoner spells do something else, while making them not too OP but still relevant. I appreciate any feedback and would love praise or criticism alike. The name is pronounced (to me, anyway) as "Kres-Nick" and is taken from Slovenian or Croatian lore. It is a vampire hunting shaman who's spirit leaves their body as an animal to fight evil agents and ensure good harvest, health, and happiness.
