Project vs Program (Rise of the AI)

I was thinking how cool would it be to have a fictional war between the humans and the computer age. I came up with this idea when I connected Program Lissandra with Glados (Portal).

So I thought about which champions would be really cool as Program variants and I came up with;

Kindered - Reaper from the Dark Net "All major underground forums tell tales of her, traveling hidden in the net and taking the lives of unsuspecting runners on the web." Karthus - Ghost in the Machine "Experiment gone wrong, test subject Jobe Smith went crazy and downloaded his consciousness into the net. Now he stalks the net exacting his crazy revenge on all he deems guilty." (Lawnmower Man) Warwick - Net Hunter "The greatest police weapon ever made, designed to hunt criminals down in an ever growing city and now under new orders. The city's most powerful hunter now answers to a darker unknown call."

And the project weapons designed to fight against these corrupted programs,

Mordekaiser - Lone Survivor "Discovered by military forces after an attack by renegade robots, his mysterious ability to take control of the robots proved to be a valuable asset. Now trained he uses his gift to turn the enemies against themselves." Annie - Gifted Prodigy "Born with the innate ability to communicate with machines, it is believed she could find the key to discovering the beginning of the revolution and it's end." Janna - Barrier Master "Best designer of barriers against Net intrusions she used her gifts for the highest bidder. Now after the fall of corporations, she uses that gift to save humanity from its own creations."

I'm quite into man vs machine stories so I thought this would be a cool take for League to think about.

I'd love to hear other ideas on the subject, anyone else have cool ideas about program/project variants for the war?
