[Champion Concept] Kai - Weaver of the Elements

[Quick Character Description] Kai is a humanoid frog, an Ionian martial master that possessed the power to control 4 spiritual elements through meditation and practice. Even though his students speak of him greatly, he is only a bit taller than a Yordle and a bit smaller than other Ionian residents, but that doesn't mean that he isn't strong. He can be played in any role, but he is initially thought out to be a jungler. His passive is very flexible and it lets the player choose if he wants to have better dueling potential (Q), faster jungle camp clears (W), better ganks (E) or more durability in team fights (R) while not seeming too broken with the stats it gives (a player must choose what stats benefit him the most in the exact moment). Much like Kha'Zix, any of his abilities can be good to level up first, so there can be a lot of diversity with the way how each person plays Kai. Please leave a suggestion or just a comment on this thread if you liked it or if you didn't like it so I know what to change. I'd really appreciate it.

Passive - Four Elements Static CD: 60s Description: The first ability used once the passive is off CD gives Kai a boost in his stats for 5s [7s/10s/12s on 6/11/16]. Once the ability has been used, Kai must wait another whole minute to benefit from one of the stats.

Fire: AD is increased by 2.5 x Kai's Level (this only counts as bonus; does not include base damage): MAX = +45 AD Earth: AS is increased by 10% [20%/35%/50% on Kai's 6/11/16] Air: MS is increased by 5% [7%/9%/11%/13%/15% on 1/2/3/4/5 of his "Air"] Water: Bonus Armor & MR is increased by 2% [+5% for every 1000 of his HP]

Q - Fire (SKILLSHOT - Bind) Range: 700 CD: 10s Initial Damage: 50/80/100/120/150 (+70% AD) DoT (true damage per second): 5/8/10/12/15 (+7% AD) Description: Kai's long tongue extends from his mouth and he lunges it at his enemy, granting vision if the target is hit. Kai deals initial damage and true damage over time for 5s as his fiery tongue burns his victim and the opponent can either try to run away from the range of his tongue to break the bind or try to attack it with basic attacks, damaging Kai (lowering his HP) and forcing him to release the bind after 3 strikes on the tongue. 'Fire' can also be used with 'Air' (see 'Engulf') as a gap-closer.

W - Earth (ACTIVE - Impairment) CD: 10s Slow: 10%/20%/30%/40%/50% Armor Reduction: 2%/4%/6%/8%/10% Description: Kai's fists harden as stone and his precise attacks break through the armor and bone of his enemies, slowing their movement speed for 5s after every basic attack and reducing armor for every 3rd strike hit (the debuff for MS disappears 2s after attacks and armor is regained after 3s).

E - Air (POINT&CLICK - Escape) CD: 10s Range: 400/500/600/700/800 Movement Speed (while on the wall): +2/+4/+6/+8/+10

Engulf: Air + Fire Stun duration: 0.2s/0.5s/0.9s/1.2s/1.5s Damage (on impact): 1%/2%/3%/4%/5% (+1% for every 500 of Kai's HP)

Description: Kai becomes as light as a feather, swiftly running across the terrain, jumping over walls from side to side with his slippery toes. The momentum forces Kai to run faster than usual, and once he reaches the maximum range he drops down from the terrain. Kai does not become untargetable, but he can be very hard to hit as pressing E again while hovering the mouse over a jungle wall will make him jump to another part of the terrain, letting him dodge skillshots. 'Air' also has a bonus ability called 'Engulf'. When combined with 'Fire', it can also act like a gap-closer to champions who are affected with the bind from 'Fire'. Instead of the terrain, Kai locks onto the champion and dashes to him with his feet, stunning for a short duration and also damaging him. This is a very hard combo to pull off, as you'd need the enemy champion to be close to a wall, your Q to hit before you use your E (or even during your E if you are precise enough) and even if so the bind can be broken after 3 strikes so it must be pulled off fast and unexpected.

Note: E is a unique skill that can only be used over terrain (jungle, walls, turrets etc) before it can be used anywhere else. No other champion has an ability that can ONLY be used on the terrain and this is the skill that makes Kai different from everyone else.

R - Water (SKILLSHOT - Ultimate) Range: 400 CD: 120s/90s/60s Damage Dealt (per attack): 30/50/70 (+20% AD) Attacks Dealt (each second): 5 (+5/+10/+15) Total Damage: 450/1000/1750 (+300%/+400%/+500% AD) Description: Kai charges like a wave at his opponent with full speed and, upon collision, he sticks onto his target and begins to attack with lightning speed, lasting for 2s. The enemy is rooted for the duration and can still attack with basic attacks or abilities, but the disables in his kit (silences, stuns) are disabled.
