the "fill" button (a.k.a support) on new champ select

instead of having support and fill 2 seperate buttons why not make it so that they are just one big option in terms of champ select?

OR at the very least make it so that when someone chooses "fill" that its not always consistently support. Cause literally everytime i hit fill for the new champ select it has given me the support role every single time
