Maverick "The Vindictive Vagabond"

Lore: When Maverick was a young boy, he and his parents lived in a small village. He was a very outgoing and happy kid and everyone liked him. When he turned 9 years old, he found a power within him. He could shape-shift his hands into anything he wanted. His parents and friends thought this was really cool. But his parents soon realized that this power of his wasn't good, he began staying away from others, he didn't want anyone around him and he wasn't as out-going as he used to be. His parents took a trip to the village doctor, leaving Maverick at home. They explained what has been happening to their son. The doctor told them that his power is extremely dangerous and he must be dealt with. During the following weekend, a village meeting was held, once again Maverick wasn't present. The village elders agreed that he was dangerous unless strictly controlled. If he wasn't controlled, he would be exiled from the village. His mother couldn't imagine sending her little boy out to fend for himself at only 9. So she got her husband to try to teach the boy how to use his power for the better. But nothing worked, and when Maverick was 12 years old, he was exiled from the village and was never to return. For years he wandered the land, learning new skills and what his power could truly do. Waiting for the right time to exact vengeance upon those who tore him from his family.

Abilities.
Passive: Keep Back -- Every 5 basic attacks, Mavericks next basic attack or damaging ability gains +50/75/100 range and will deal 50/100/150 bonus magic damage (Except his ult). Increasing at levels 6/11/16
Q: Claws -- Shaping his hands into massive claws, maverick can then slash enemies in a cone in front of him dealing 40/60/80/100/120 (+75%AD) physical damage. (50/60/70/80/90 mana)
W: Diamond Shell -- Maverick creates a cocoon around himself using after shaping his arms into shields, blocking all incoming enemy attacks for 2 seconds but is immobile while shields are up and cannot attack. (Does not avoid damage over time abilities/spells, like:
) (100/120/140/160/180 mana)
E: Whip-fist -- Maverick shapes his arm into a grappling whip, and throws in in a strait line, grabbing the first enemy hit dealing (50/70/90/110/130 (+50%AD) physical damage. If an enemy minion is hit, maverick can reactivate the ability to pull it to him, but if he hits an enemy champion he can reactivate and will pull himself to the target. (60/80/100/120/140 mana)
R: Root of all Evil -- Maverick latches onto target enemy champion, transferring a tendril bomb to the target dealing (150/200/250 (+45%AD) Physical Damage. After 3 seconds, the bomb detonates, rooting the original target for 3 seconds and sending 5 other tendrils out from them. The 5 tendrils latch onto the first enemy hit, and pull them into the original target dealing (50/125/200) Physical Damage to all targets. (Tendrils will prioritize champions within a certain range but will not prioritize outside of that range. Costs 100 mana)
SIDE NOTE: Please let me know if anything seems over or underpowered, any feedback on changes is great. (This is just a concept) also, when maverick uses an ability, he will visually change from weapon to weapon and so on, but there is NO delay for abilities, they are instant (Just incase thats not clear) and he will keep the last used weapon (visually) until changed by another ability.
