Champion concept; Isayah, the sky salvager

This is my first champion creation so it will need some work!(please leave helpful comments if you can) a lot will be W.I.P, i'll build it up though, the name will need changing but I can't think of much atm.(i made this awhile ago but completely forgot about it, tip/ideas are wanted!) lore: W.I.P stats: Attack ■■ [2] Defense ■■ [2] Ability ■■■■■■■■ [8] Difficulty ■■■■■■■ [7]

Full name: Isayah solana gender: female race: W.I.P resource: mana base stats: W.I.P (i don't know how to find stats and all that info)

abilities:

passive explained in a shorter way: isayah gathers stacks, more stacks means stronger affects, cold makes next ability slow, warm reveals champs and lets you do bonus damage, turbulent has a chance to make her cold and warm currents stronger.

passive: Gathering winds Isayah draws energy from nearby wind currents, these wind currents come in 3 types cold, warm, and turbulent, she gains a stack of current by standing near a current and using gathering winds, her spells get stronger with each stack, maximum of 4. Cold currents are slower and blue, warm are a light red and fast, turbulent can be fast or slow. She can combine different types of currents to have her abilities have different effects. cold: causes her abilities to slow by 10/20/30/40% (10% per stack) The rate at which stacks appear increase when she levels up (right click a current to collect it, it takes 1.5/1/.5 the cooldown is based on her q lvl)

warm: causes her abilities to reveal enemy champions for 1/2/3/4 seconds(1 per stack) and deal bonus damage for as long as they are revealed. up to maximum of 40% damage increase(depends on how many stacks of warm currents)

turbulent: can increase the strength of cold and warm currents, strength chance% 20/30/40%(percent increases per stack of turbulent)

cold + turbulent: if Isayah adds turbulent to cold the slow% will increase from 10/20/30/40% to 20/40/60%

warm + turbulent: if Isayah adds turbulent to warm then the time revealed% will increase from 1/2/3/4 to 2/3.5/5 seconds

cold + warm: Makes an ability do something different(bad wording, ik)

Q: (wip) Isayah shoots a sphere a small distance dealing damage depending on the type of current she has. Cold currents: does 50/100/150 base damage that slows enemies depending on how many cold currents she has, deals an additional 10 damage per cold current. Warm current: shields allies for 30/60/90 (+30 per stack of warm current) damage and causes their next basic attack to deal 10/20/30 additional magic damage and give them 10/20/30 movement speed + 10 per stack of warm current cd: 4/3/2 mana cost: 10/20/30/40/50

W: (Name is a W.I.P, i'm bad with names) cd: 7/6.5/6/5.5/5 mana cost: 50/60/70/80/90 warm current: Pushes champions in a line a small distance away from Isayah.(note: it's like a knockback, but weaker? pretty much yasuo can't ult from it) range: 200-500 base damage: 100/150/200/250/300 the smaller the range Isayah chooses the harder they'll be pushed away scalings: 20/30/40/50/60% ap scaling cold current: Pulls champions in a small line towards isayah(a reverse knockback, not a pull like blitz or thresh) range: 200-500 base damage: 100/150/200/250/300 the larger the range the harder they'll be pulled cold + warm currents: stuns any enemies caught in it for .5 seconds

E: (name's W.I.P) cd: 9/8/7/6/5 mana cost: 60/70/80/90/100 creates a small cyclone on the ground that can push, pull or knockup enemies, can only hit each enemy champion/minion once range: 500 size: 125(the AA range, since I don't know what the size numbers are) base damage: 80/100/120/140/160 ap scaling: 50% duration: 2/3/4/5/6 seconds warm: knocks up enemies for .5 seconds cold: pushes nearby enemies away(like the bumper in ssbb) knockback distance: 125/130/135/140/150 can hit champs unlimited times, untill it dies out. cold + warm: pulls in nearby enemies. pull strength: when running straight away 10/20/30/40/50% when running sideways to it 5/10/15/20/25% (it doesn't pull them instantly, rather draws them towards it)

Ult Warring winds.: Isayah summons winds that damage and displace enemies depending on the type of current she has. Cold: pulls enemies towards her slowing them for 2/3/4 seconds by 30/40/50% Warm: pushes enemies away damaging them for 150/250/400 damage Turbulent: sends enemies in random directions giving them confusion for 1/1.5/2 seconds

Confusion: whenever an enemy tries to move it will send them in any direction.

Although she can do plenty of damage and has plenty of hard cc, she can take risks with her turbulent part of her passive, adding risk/reward factor to her kit. She is an aoe cc mage who does good in shorter fights early game, longer fights late game when she has some cdr. Early game she’ll have to watch her mana, as constantly using Gathering winds can rain her quickly in combination of her spells, however she can hold her currents for an infinite duration of time.
