[Champion Concept] Raikira the Lightning Wraith (V2)

Hello everyone welcome to my thread about Raikira The Lightning Wraith a lightning, base dual wielding samurai out for vengeance against Yasuo for killing her father the Ionian elder. Please note the numbers that i am going to use for her abilities are just place holder so you can get a general idea of the damage and scaling and will need to be balance and tested. Please read and provide feedback

Passive:

1) Calling Thunder: A random Thunderbolt will strike an area within 600 range of Raikira dealing 40/75/110 (+73% ap) damage and stunning enemies for .45 sec. If Raikira get hit by the thunderbolt it will help charge her surge bar. Note both enemy and yourself can predict where the thunderbolt will strike by a static particle indicator on the ground.

2) Surging Fury: Everytime a thunderbolt strike Raikira she gain a charge in her surge bar and when it reach 100% she can discharge it for 20/40/60% boost in attack speed for 5sec. This attack speed boosted can go over the as max cap of 2.50. That mean if Raikira has max attack speed at 2.5 when her passive activities she get 4 as.

Her Q Ability

Lightning Fury Barrage: Raikira let out a series of lightning fast sword combo on her enemies. Cooldown 15sec

1. She dash forward and lunge 2 of her blade into her opponent lungs. Can use it to pass throw some obstacle
2. She then spins in a circle damaging all enemy in a 325 range.
3. She then cross her sword then fire a lightning X shape energy sword slash that damage enemies. If this attack hit an enemy they are stun for 1.00sec. It can also be used block skill shot abilities and ultimate. Example Ashes arrows.

Her W Ability

**Lightning Trail **

1) Passive: increase the thunder bolt strike rate on "Calling Thunder"

2) Active: She channel her energy for a duration of time, while she is channeling she can not move and you can draw out the path you want to dash to with your mouse. You will leave behind a trail that lightning will follow and damage enemy on the trail.

**Note: im not sure if it is possible to draw a path of anything you want it could be a straight line, spirals, zig zags etc but, it would be unique to Raikira as a champion. **

Her E Ability

Strike Blade

Passive basic attack discharge static electricity and deal extra damage 5/10/15/20 (+10%ap)

Active: Raikira throw one of her sword at a target where every the blade land lightning will strike it. If it is impale in a target the lightning will hit them, if raikira recieve the blade from the target she will heal for 15% of target health.

Her R Ultimate Ability

Raging Storm: Summon a thunderstorm that slowly expand to cover a large range while raining down thunderbolts. Raikira can re cast this ability again to become lightning and strike anywhere in her range stunning all enemy she hits for 2sec.
