Skin Suggestion - We all live in a Yellow Submarine

I've searched the forums to check and I have not found anyone who's suggested it. I feel we need a Yellow Submarine skin set, for the champs who go diving all in. Champs like Garen, Darius, Akali, Nautilus, Sion, and Yi. Not limited to these champs. Personally I feel it should be champs who go all in with little to no escape outside of Summoner Spells, who tend to have to commit if they dive, and do it often. Not a hard restriction, just sounds like a fun skin set to me.
