Can we get a Superhero modeled champion?

By modeled character, i don't mean the champion is a hero of any sort, but it is the only way I have to describe the champion idea. I just want a champion who is similiar to say superman, or more so goku. I have tried playing various champions and none make me really happy to play because the character design isn't really what i would want to main. I want one who can fly, but not like malzahar flies, more aerodynamic and can use his flight to his advantage. Malzahar just sort of floats in place, I want someone who can do a lot more. An ad brawler with maybe a long range ability or two. There are a lot of ways to handle the champion and it can be made unique and very interesting.

I know there are champions like lee sin and vi, but I really don't like their kits or the characters themselves, as the lore of a champion and there character is what draws me in. I know league has many hero champions and some that come close to this idea, but none fit it to the ends I would like to have.

Basically what I want is-

• Flies with affective movement in combat and is aerodynamic
• Is sort of an ad brawler/slayer type champion
• More auto attack reliant, but has good outplay mechanics with a higher tier of difficulty.
