Muting Pings?

Hello. I'm hoping a Riot member will answer this. I was wondering if you've ever considered to give us the ability to mute pings. I know that pings are usually used to communicate with teammates and help each other out, but there are those people that instead of using the pings to communicate/help, they use it to be annoying and it gets really obnoxious having to see them pinging "?" every chance they get. I usually mute a lot of people so I don't have to listen to them whine or flame, but I would like it if I'm able to mute their pings as well. And I'm sure there are others that would like this as well.
