Camera tools for the League of Legends official replay system

So this post is mainly for content creators and such. Is Riot planning anything like a camera tool for the replay system like the SkinSpotlights Replay system? The camera tool should work on all platforms you can download the League client on(unlike the SkinSpotlights where it would only be available for Windows users). It would be a great addition to League of Legends as it can allow more content creators to spring up and create awesome cinematic videos, maybe even an entire movie. Idk it's something that would be really cool to have as a feature in the replays and it would help If a Rioter gave their opinion on this as well.
