I don't play kindred at all but i like this skin and i hope it makes it into the game.

About the copyright things. The skin's creator probably created the skin with the very view of making it into the game, right ? Anyway, i guess developing of a skin by riot designers or whatever, would probably cost more than if they talked to this guy and made an agreement. Just a tought from a guy that has not a single idea of how things work on such a organization.

This actually looks good. I was never a fan of Shadowfire kindred, and Super Galaxy Kindred doesn't suit her aesthetically or thematically IMO. This both suits her theme AND looks amazing. I can't see a reason for Riot not to make this other than being blind.

They wont do it.

Why? Because someone else made all that art and you just now posted it. If they do it they risk the whole lawsuit from copying thing. Even if there is a way around it they are far too lazy and unconcerned to put enough effort into it to do so.

Riot doesn't care about stuff like this.
