I think riot has to rework soraka ... its about time since the flip flop change from the old devil to this angel .... basicly i believe the W and ult is ok ... but this silent and Q is boring ... i love healing champs and soraka is my favorite , but she needs to change .... Plus can you create a new human skin version ... i think you can make pretty good changes with her ...
She's completely fine imo. I'd hate to see her E go, it's my favourite part of her kit. I love when a Katarina jumps into your team and boop, now she's stuck there and can't get out.

The only thing I miss from the old Soraka was the Q (spamming it like crazy) and maybe the healing mana part. But not so much. Soraka's abilities are pretty OK right now.
The only thing I think should be updated right now is her lore. Jesus Riot, give my goat something good.

Nah. Don't mess with my banana goddess. The Q and E have been so helpful when I need to have my ADC make a quick escape.
lol the e and q are the abilities i love about her i think that w and r can be changed a bit or buffed example if the ally is already under effect of your passive it gets aditional heal or something like it but i think she is fine
