Miranda, the Lady of Stars
Miranda's origin isn't known. However, people known of her magics and the danger within them. Miranda is rumored to come from the Void, while others believe differently. Miranda is devoted to restoring peace and chaos into perfect order. Even if it means getting a little messy....
Miranda is called the Lady of Stars or the Stargazer.
Miranda is mid/top lane champion or a very aggressive support.
Miranda's ideal build would be AP boosters.
Her roles are: Mage/Assassin
Here are her powers (name listed below):
Passive: After Miranda's third hit on the same target a star will slam down on them dealing damage to the target.
Q - Miranda summons a star mark beneath her target, after 1.5 seconds it unlatches rooting all people standing within the mark.
Visual effect: The ground begins to glow a soft, golden white. On unlatching it explodes, several little stars orbit the target.

Mana Cost: 85/90/95/100/105 Cooldown: 8.5 Damage: 90/130/170/210/250 + 75% of AP Range: 950
W- Miranda flashes forwards a brief distance, dealing damage to all targets hit.
Visual effect: A bright white light erupts upon impact.

Mana Cost: 75/80/85/90/95 Cooldown: 8.5 Damage: 90/120/150/180/210 + 45% of AP Range: 600
E- Miranda conjures orbiting stars around an ally or an enemy.
On ally cast: Grants a shield and the stars can be used as a weapon. These stars target champions first. Once a star begins to chase an enemy it will chase them until it hits.
On enemy cast: The stars weigh down the enemy, forcing them to move slower as well as doing damage.
Visual effect: The ally radiates a soft white, with large orbiting stars around them. Enemy receive heavy, dark stars that orbit them. When flying off to strike a target, they leave behind a while and gold "tail" behind them.
Important note: When an enemy is marked by her E, the stars will still fly off and attack other enemies. If there are no other champions, they will attack the closest enemy, except the marked person.

R: Miranda marks a target, after a brief delay, stars barrage the target. This ability capitalizes on enemies with impairments (stuns, slows, roots, etc.)
Visual effect: Stars appear above Miranda, before flying off and striking a target.

Visual appearance:
Her hair is a deep blonde with sparkling blue eyes. She wears a glowing pendant around her neck (silver-white). She wears a corseted-dress that is a soft cream white with traces of gold (strapless). The dress comes with elbow-length gloves that are a snow-white. She also wears a golden belt with a star buckle. Then tracing along her legs are gold-white knee-length boots (heeled).
Her weapon is a floating golden star.
On death: Miranda disappears leaving behind her star or she simply falls down, with her star laying next to her.
Comments:
"I'll shine a light into the darkness of your soul."
If her Q catches an enemy: "Was that a little too bright for you?"
If her W kills an enemy: "Next time, you'll move."
If her E (after chasing) kills an enemy: "I told you to quit running."
If her E is cast on an enemy: " (laughs) This'll slow you down."
If she dies at any time: "Back to the stars I go."
If she is fighting a Star Guardian:
"You are nothing but idle copies of the real thing."
Or
"I was made of the stars, you were not."
When fighting Diana, Soraka, Leona, or Aurelion Sol: "Family at war I see."
When allied with Diana, Soraka, Leona, or Aurelion Sol: "The children of star, moon, and sun will rule this world."
When fighting side by side with Soraka: "The star sisters will show you a new light."
When fighting side by side with Diana: "The moon and stars favor us this day."
When fighting side by side with Leona: "Feel the burn of star and sun."
When fighting side by side with Aurelion Sol: "Brother, let us show them the might of the stars."
Important Note: They are not family in any way. I mean brother and sister like they are some kind of monk.
If she kills Diana, Soraka, Leona, or Aurelion Sol: "The stars will forever whisper your name, sister/brother."
If she is killed by Diana, Soraka, Leona, Aurelion Sol: "Our love is eternal, death is not."
If someone else kills Diana, Soraka, Leona, Aurelion Sol: she will simply yell their name. Or "{insert name}, I will avenge you."

Miranda takes on more a flowery appearance. Her dress is cut low in the front and shows off some shoulder. Her sleeves are secured to her arms with little golden bangles. The sleeves themselves are a light rosy pink The dress itself is a light rosy red and the hem (skirt) is a soft pink. She then has a pair of thigh-high boots (heeled) that are colored a deep red.
Facial: Her hair is revamped to be a soft ginger and her are a sparkling golden color.
