Urf-got (urgot skin)

Saw this idea once before and thought I'd post it here before I start the concept is not 100% my own I took inspiration from someone else but anyway urfgot a 1820 skin more than likely, auto attacks would be fired from a mini gun on his arm. His Q would be a golden spatula. W would be a water like shield maybe like how namis bubble looks and it would pop when it goes away or someone destroys it his e would be a fish that he throws and it like splats and splashes smelly water on people his R is one thing I'm not sure about idk what exactly would fit but something very flashy would be nice to fit the urf theme of "lux lasers, teemo shrooms, golden fish and mini guns lol. And something new for his passive would be cool because that's a tad out of date give him urf noises as quotes or new ones at least His recall would be like a light show and mini guns come out of the ground and fish jump up around him Hope people like the idea and I hope it happens (the rest is a rant about buffing urgot) also good buff for urgot would be his aa range needs a bit of an increase he's unsafe to farm with due to how close he has to be he has less range then all the short range marksmen in the game and yea his e+q gives him range but if he's oom he's useless and team fights get him killed because of his small range sorry just had to throw that in their I'm an urgot main level 5'd him as soon as the system was out :)
