Background

Passive: Hunter’s Pride:

Reginald gets bonus AD from killing Minions, Monsters and Champions.

~ 10 for Champion kills, Dragon, and Baron ~ 3 Large Monsters, Scuttle, and Assists

Upon reaching level 6 the jungling camps will produce a special “Rare Monster”, which are more powerful than the normal Monsters, in place of the normal Monster for Reginald to hunt. If Reginald is successful in slaying the Monster he gets a permanent buff for the rest of the game. There can only be one “Rare Monster” alive at a time and they can only spawn from camps that were empty. (That means that if Rare Murk Wolf has been cleared, the Rare Gromp cannot spawn until the normal Gromp has been cleared) If the enemy team slays the “Rare Monster” before Reginald then they whole team gets global gold and the “Rare Monster” cannot respawn for 3 mins..

The Monsters and Buffs go as following

~ Emerald Raptor - Reginald gains 25% MS and 25% AS. ~ Alpha Murk Wolf - Reginald gains 75 out of combat MS, gains 75 bonus Attack Range while unseen or in brush and Xavier gains 25 MS and his attacks deal 2.5% of the target's Missing and Max HP ~ Obsidian Krug - Reginald gains 15% increase resistances. ~ Giant Toxic Gromp - Reginald’s AA deal 6 + (3 × Champion lvl) magic damage over 2 sec. ~ Crystalline Sential - Reginald gains 15% CDR, 60 + (30 × Champion lvl) mana. ~ Scorching Brambleback - Reginald AA deal 25% more damage (50% more on crits) and gains 50 + (25 × Champion lvl) Health.

Reginald gets no AD bonus from these Monsters. Once he has killed them, they won't spawn again.

Reginald commands his hunting dog and gains new abilities for him

Xavier Stats

Health: 300/350/400/450/500 (+ 15% HP) AD: 45/60/75/90/115 (+40% Bonus AD) AS: 1.00 MS: 340 (Max 600) Range: 150

Xavier always stays within 700 units (300 while walking) of Reginald unless commanded otherwise. If Reginald is in a bush, Xavier will follow and stay in the bush with him. Xavier doesn’t teleport back to Reginald, but he will run back to Reginald at his Max speed if he is out of his range and he can hop over terrain. If Xavier dies this ability is put on a 30/27/24/21/18 sec CD. While this ability is active, Reginald cannot move himself, he instead moves Xavier. While being commanded Xavier runs at full speed. Xavier will attack enemies even if he isn’t being commanded, but he will stick to his target if he is commanded to until he is commanded otherwise or his target dies.

W:Flash Bang (Command: Hunt):

CD: 10/9.5/9/8.5/7 sec Cost: 50/55/60/65/70 Mana Cast Range: 700 AoE: 300

Reginald throws a grenade to a target location which explodes dealing 80/100/120/140/160 (+ 40/45/50/55/60% AD) physical damage and slowing enemies by 30% for 1.5 sec. If the enemy is facing the blast they take an additional 30/50/70/90/110 (+40% AD) and the slow is increased to 60%.

Command: Hunt

CD: 24/23/22/21/20 sec Cost: None

Xavier sniffs the air revealing all Champions and Monsters within 1000 units for 5 sec and all Champions and Monsters below 50% HP within 2500 units.

E: Lead Salvo (Command Sic’em):

CD: 12/10.5/9/7.5/6 sec Cost: 25/35/45/55/65 Mana Range 850 Width: 125

Reginald unloads his clip in a direction for 3 sec firing off 6 shots each dealing 20/35/50/65/80 (+60/70/80/90/100% Bonus AD) physical damage with each shot. Enemies hit by multiple shots take 50% of the damage from shots after the first. Minions and Monsters take 150% of the damage.

Command: Sic’em

CD: 10/9/8/7/6 sec Cast Range: 800

Reginald Commands Xavier to charge at an enemy and bite them dealing 45/60/75/90/115 (+200% Bonus AD) and slow them by 50/55/60/65/70% for 2 sec.

R: Big Game (Command: Unleash the Hound):

** Passive** Reginald’s AA deal an additional .5/.75/1 damage for every 40 HP of the target's Max HP.

Active

CD: 95/80/65 Cost: 100 Mana

Reginald fires a shot into the vital of his target dealing 50/150/250 (+200% Bonus AD) (+15/20/25% of Max HP)

Command: Unleash the Hound

CD: 65/55/45 Cost: None

Xavier gains 50/60/70% AS and does 15/20/25% more damage.

Can't tell if trolling Reginald from TSM, or legitimate champion idea.

what was the whole point of this champion if Rengar already exists? Just curious because.. Y'know, that's all his title and lore.
