Can't Login to Certain Areas of the Forums

I would really like to share my opinion of the Skarner rework coming out in Patch 5.16, but I am unable to do so. Right now I am obviously able to sign in, but see, when I go to RiotRepertoir's page about the Juggernaut updates, and click on Skarner's link, it logs me out and I have to sign in again. Only I can't. This is because to sign in, I have to select which region I am in, but the option to do so is grayed out. If I go to password and hit tab, it skips region and goes to "Remember me". So I can't sign in without selecting a region, which I can't do. How do I fix this? Or is this a general forum bug?
