This place is brilliant and great, but only if Riot can hold it to this standard

So far, I've seen and had some wonderful discussions and overall I am really enjoying this divergence from the standard forums. But, there is one major concern I have, and that's being able to maintain this standard of literacy, civility, and all around well-mannerdness. As this community grows larger, more players will come over from the standard forums (mainly the GD, of course) and will fall into one of three groups.

The Contributors: this is what I call them anyways. Engage in the discussions, are polite and engaging. So far, everyone I've seen post here falls into this category.

The Watchers: Fairly self explanatory, read through threads and enjoy them, but don't post much.

The "Trolls": This is what I fear, people coming to this thread and spamming silly things that very few people care about. They can be very rude, abrasive, grotesque, and counter-productive.

My personal vision for this place is a place of civil discussion regarding all manners League of Legends, and I certainly hope that this is in line with Riot's vision too.

Which leads to a final parting question. How will the moderation/management of these threads/forums be run? Will it be to a higher standard then the GD?

I think different sub-communities are going to have different styles, levels and approaches to moderation. It's likely that some of them are going to have VERY strict rules and moderation policies, and some will be very flexible/loose
