Need proper mods.
I made a thread twice in gameplay and balance about people selling ranked spots on teams and what should be done. It got moved to miscellaneous where it doesn't belong both times.

The sidebar for each section has the Guidelines for posting in that section. For Gameplay & Balance, the guidelines state that section is for "discussions about your personal strategies, to speculation about the next champion or patch", "posts about your favorite or least favorite champs, or rant or reason about recent balance changes", and "questions and feedback for the teams working on champions and gameplay".
Post about Ranked, Ranked Teams, Matchmaking, the Report System, etc are currently things that would be removed and sent to Miscellaneous. Basically, if it has to do with anything before or after your Champ loading onto the Rift, then it doesn't go in Gameplay & Balance.
In relation to your posts specifically, Ranked Teams are created and managed in the client but outside of the actual game so wouldn't be a discussion for Gameplay & Balance. I hope this clears things up for you.
